I've been off work all week with a bad back. Sciatica. Wouldn't wish it on anyone.
Anyway, I finally felt okay enough to try an easy, short little walk in the cold and crisp sunshine to try and cheer myself up and blow away the blues:

I did feel a bit better after this walk but it was hard work trying not to twist or cockle over and tweak my back again.
