A
lovely low level walk in the North Yorkshire Moors in much better weather than
we was expecting, given the forecast. First walk with the group Mo walks
regularly with - they said they'll let me have a copy of their programme so I
can join in on other walks.
Quite impressed that I wasn't suffering too much
(apart from my Achilles Tendon problem) though my legs felt tired on the last
mile or so and also quite impressed that my breathing has massively improved
since cutting down the real cigs and using the e-cig more.
