WI Walk: Brandesburton

Saturday, 29th December 2018

It was our Group's final walk of the year.  A walk to waddle off the turkey and mince pies so we did the easy walk around Brandesburton.  I would normally have reserved this for a much more muddy day but the sun was shining and you get some lovely Big Sky views across the open fields.

Some pics:

Heading along Plantation Cottages (track)

Wonderful blustery blue skies

Carole being stalked by Shadow Monsters!

Somebody doesn't know their grammar!

Looking across the golf course
A lovely 4 mile walk in the blustery sunshine followed by a scone and cuppa in Skirlaugh Garden Centre.

It was great to get out in the daylight too.

Thanks Mo for another Smashing Stroll.

Thanks for looking 😊
