So that was 2018!
Lots of little walks and lots of short breaks away.
As far as my goals and plans for this year go, I didn’t do
too bad really and completed my two main objectives.
I completed my Challenge
365 Mile A Day For A Year goal, rocking in at a final mileage of 365.12!
My County Bagging
Project is well under way and I bagged Rutland
this year.
My Achilles tendon is feeling much better, I think because I’ve
not overdone it. It’ll never be 100%
right but I seem to have found a work-around with wearing walking shoes instead
of boots and keeping the miles lower and slower in each walk.
